You are going to be all over the emotional spectrum today, but it is going to be extremely satisfying for you. You are going to get a lot of things off your chest, deal with issues you were avoiding, and finding some resolution. It is going to be a hard and long day for you. You will be emotionally done by the end of the day. What you need to deal with will be resolved, and you can concentrate on being happy, not trying to be happy.
