Dragon Tarot Card of the Day for December 22 2008

PAGE OF COINS. This card is about wanting to change your line of work or take on more responsibility. What I see in the card is: this is not about money but respect and feeling valued. You like what you do and who you are but feel that you are not being treated the way you should be. There is a struggle going on inside, do you risk trying to get a better job or stick it out where you are. Money is an issue in that you need it to pay the bills and you don’t want to risk the paycheck you already have just to get respect, but at the same time you don’t like working in a negative environment. It is starting to affect your self-esteem and health as will as your relationships outside of work. Only you know your value and what you can and cannot put up with.

Dragon Tarot Card of the Day for December 21 2008

EIGHT OF SWORDS Reversed. This card is usually about frustration. The need for patience. Can’t see the way out of a problem. This card is reversed showing that you do see the way out of a problem and that it is time to act. What I see today is: You know the solution to your problem and you do know you have to act sooner then latter but you are holding yourself back. It could be because of the time of the year or that you don’t really want to take this action. There are some things once said or done can never be taken back. Once you take action there is no going back. I see the knowledge of what you need to do but also great reluctance to follow through. This is something you don’t want to do, you are hoping that by waiting things will change that circumstances will change and you will have other options. I cannot see if waiting is going to help you or harm you, I just know you really don’t want to take the only out you have right now, you feel it will do more harm then good. Only you can decide if you are going to take action or wait things out. Only you know what you value most.

TWO OF SWORDS. This card is about indecision. What I see in the card today. I see that it is not so much about indecision for you so much as balance. You are trying to keep or create balance in your life. You are having a hard time letting go of one thing and fully grasping or committing yourself fully to anything else. Everything is being done in half measures, trying to keep things “fair”. This is not working; you are harming yourself or holding yourself back trying to keep things balanced and even. You cannot commit yourself fully so you are bound to fail or at least not succeed the way you could. If you only do a half-assed job you don’t get credit for doing a great job, the same goes with relationships and friendships. If you are not committed to it, the relationship or friendship, it is not going to go anywhere. If to get through today the best way possible you need to keep balance or compromise then that is fine, but not if it becomes a way of life.

Dragon Tarot Card of the Day for December 19 2008

QUEEN OF SWORDS. This card is about a determined woman, but with a barrier between her and others. What I see in the card today is: Get over yourself. Yes you have goals, drive and ambition but what good does that do you if you keep pushing everyone away and loose the ones you love. Your needs and happiness is not more important then everyone else’s so stop acting like it. Deal with your issues or loose the very people that make your life worth living, the very motivation behind your drive and ambition. With out your friends and family all you have is work, and a paycheque and as nice as they are they cannot replace your friends and family. Reality check, make sure the people in your life are happy, sacrificing there happiness so you can succeed does not get you where you want to be.

Dragon Tarot Card of the Day for December 18 2008

ACE OF WANDS Reversed. This card is usually about a new initiative but as the card is reversed it is indicating that you don’t take a new initiative, or the opportunity is not there. What I see in the card today is: There is an opportunity that you would like to take but you know you cannot. If you do you will risk loosing everything over a small possibility you can live with out experiencing. What you have to loose is far more valuable to you then the possibility the opportunity gives you. You will have some regrets or what ifs but know that you did the right thing by passing this opportunity over.

Dragon Tarot Card of the Day for December 17 2008

THE STAR. This card is about realization, hope, and inspiration. What I see in the card today: Take inspiration and guidance from this card. It is telling you to enjoy what you have as you dream about what you would like to have. Don’t get lost in trying to obtain your goals and forget to appreciate what you have right now. You need to enjoy the journey as much as the destination because that is what you are going to judge your life on, the experience not the job title or paycheque. As the saying goes, stop and smell the roses.

Dragon Tarot Card of the Day for December 16 2008

STRENGTH Reversed. This card is about being too emotional. Not thinking things through. What I see in the card today is: You are tired, exhausted – emotionally and physically. You are finding the day to be draining. You need a chance to regain some energy, get some rest and deal with things when you have a clearer head. However that is not an option because you have things you must deal with now, today and deadlines to meet and commitments to fulfill. Please take today as a warning sign that you are pushing yourself too much, committing your self to too much and you need to take a break before you burn out completely.

NINE OF CUPS. This card is about experiencing life as a celebration. What I see in the card today is: You are finding today to be unusually emotionally satisfying and are on a positive emotional high. Celebrate such good feelings, enjoy it. Days like this don’t come around that often.
