PAGE OF COINS. This card is about wanting to change your line of work or take on more responsibility. What I see in the card today is: you feel you are better then you are being treated. By that I mean you feel you deserve more pay, more pats on the back, a better job title and all the perks, that your abilities should be recognized and appreciated. You don’t feel you are getting that where you are now. You like what you do, not so sure about the people you work with. I get the impression that you think you are better then the people you work with and deserve more then them. You are full of resentment that you don’t seem to be moving up the ladder of success, that you should be in a better position by now. The anger and frustration has been building for a long time and you are close to erupting.
It is time to look for a new start either in a different company or department. Start looking for a new job today, now. Start putting your resume out ASAP before you do erupt and do irreversible damage to your image and reputation. It is time for you to find the right place to work at, one where you feel you are a part of the team, are appreciated and respected. You are not going to get there where you are now. You have to make the change, just don’t quite until you have the other job.
