THE TOWER Reversed. This card is about unsafe foundations for any project and that things are precariously built up. What I see in the card today is: you have an idea and expectations for how you think things should be in your life and yet you have not done what you need to. You are expecting things to go your way with out having put the work into it. No job, position or title is secure, especially when you don’t fulfill your commitments, or only do half-assed job of it. How can you expect things to work out the way you expect if you have not put any effort into it? It is just the same as school when you don’t study or do the research for a project, or join a team expecting everyone else to do the work and still expect to get a great mark. Life for the most part is not like that. Sometimes you can slide through life like that but eventually everything comes crashing down because all you have holding it up is hot air.
If you want things out of life then you need to start making sure you are doing what you need to. This card is trying to warn you that you have to start putting the time and effort into things now. You need to do your research, check things out not just take peoples word that that is the way it is. Get rich quick schemes only make the person selling it to you rich. There is no magic way to succeed. You have to put the time, energy and work into it and understand that you can still fail, but you get up and learn from it, and do better on the next job or project.
