NINE OF CUPS Reversed. This card is usually about experiencing life as a celebration. Today the card is reversed meaning that life is not a celebration, but sadness or hard work. What I see in the card today is: Loss. There has been great loss in your life. You are emotionally drained from every thing you have gone through in the last year. You don’t think you could take any more loss. You are just so tired now. You would like to be able to have some time to sleep and heal. You need to get your energy and emotions back. Right now you are feeling empty. In some ways you are afraid to get your emotions back because then you will feel again, have to feel the pain of loss. You will have some time to heal but is going to take time, lots of time. One day you will even feel happy again, but you will always feel the loss.
