SIX OF CUPS Reversed. This card is usually about learning about living in harmony with those around you. As it is reversed it indicates about learning that you don’t need to be in harmony with everyone. What I see in the card today is: You don’t get along with everyone. There are people who are in your life that are set in their ways, their way is the way it is done and that is that. They are unable or unwilling to change. You have to deal with them, but you don’t have to like them or even agree with them to get things done. You just have to figure out a way to get through this and know that you don’t have to change who you are, and they don’t have to change who they are. You will find it emotionally draining to deal with this person and they feel the same way about you. You are not ever going to be friends, or best buddies. You will but heads all the time. You are both strong individuals. You don’t have to get along. You don’t even have to try. Just accept it that you don’t and then deal with it, move on and do the “Agree to disagree”. Big the bigger person in this. Say “You know what, we are never going to agree on this or other things, let move on, end of conversation.” Just because you don’t agree does not mean you have to fight. You are learning that everyone does not have to like each other to get things done. Not everyone has to like you, you don’t have to act a different way to try and keep him or her happy. Just be yourself and don’t get pulled into the argument, walk away.
