It is as simple as that. What you do today will have a strong impact on others. You will motivate and light the passion in them. It will have a direct impact on you in the future. Several years down the road today will pay off for you. You need to hear that you are actually reaching people and will make changes. It is hard to see how what you do today can change your life in a few years, but it will. Have the strength to keep on going knowing that you are having an impact. You just will not see it anytime soon.
