What I see in the card today is: You need to stop trying to lead and actually follow today. You are making too much work for yourself and others. You are creating delays instead of resolving things. There is a time to lead and a time to follow. Today is the day you follow. Your need to lead or control is actually causing problems. Step back and let go. Today is not your day to be the leader. No one cares if you think you can do a better job, it is not up to you. You need to accept this with decorum and grace.
