The card is reversed which indicates you are able to make changes and affect everything around you today. What I see in the card today is: What you do to day is going to have an impact on those around you. This can be good or bad depending on what you do. You will influence what is going on today, but that does not mean you control the outcome. For example you could be the person who holds everyone up because you are fighting with someone, or not working with others so everything is delayed. You could also be the person who gets things done today because you help or are able to offer good advice or information. It works both ways today. What you do has an effect on your life and everyone involved in your life, therefore your decisions and actions be they good, bad or indifferent will change what is going on around you. Today is the day you need to be smart about it, think before you do and say things. You need to make sure the things you do and say are in your best interest (and those around you).
