THREE OF WANDS. This card is about leading others by example. What I see in the card today is: You have to start walking the talk today. If you expect people to act one way, then you have to act that way. What ever you expect in others you need to start doing yourself. Today “do as I say not as I do” is not going to cut it. People see what you do and hear what you say, and know when they don’t match. Today is a day you want to do as you say. You will not like the results if you don’t.
