QUEEN OF WANDS. This card is about a woman of leadership. What I see in this card today is: You are a leader and have people looking up to you. They follow the examples you set. You are strong, passionate and determined. What you do and how you act does have an impact on others. They value what you value, and will follow in your footsteps. If you set a goal that is unattainable then all you are doing is setting yourself and them to fail. Find a goal that is currently out of reach but attainable and strive to reach it, and when you do reach it acknowledge it and celebrate the success. Then set a new goal, again one that is attainable.
