You can change everything simply by changing your expectations and taking responsibilities. Right now it is easier for things to be out of your control so that is how you see things. The truth is that you control even that. You need to accept the responsibility of your actions and decisions and move on. Until you do that you will just stay in the same place, doing the same things, never moving forward nor gaining anything.
