Right now you are trying to balance your past and future. You need to move forward or stay with what you already have. You cannot continue to try and have both. It is going to difficult for you because you don’t want to give up anything. You expect to be able to have it all. It does not work that way. If you don’t act now you will lose both.

What I see in the card today is: You are caught between two options and even though you know you are going to be forced into choosing sooner than later, but you would like to try and keep things the way they are. You don’t want to make a decision, you would like things to stay balanced with you only half invested or involved with each option. You don’t want to give up either one, you are just not ready to make a decision and will resist until you no longer have an option.

TWO OF SWORDS. This card is about indecision. What I see in the card today. I see that it is not so much about indecision for you so much as balance. You are trying to keep or create balance in your life. You are having a hard time letting go of one thing and fully grasping or committing yourself fully to anything else. Everything is being done in half measures, trying to keep things “fair”. This is not working; you are harming yourself or holding yourself back trying to keep things balanced and even. You cannot commit yourself fully so you are bound to fail or at least not succeed the way you could. If you only do a half-assed job you don’t get credit for doing a great job, the same goes with relationships and friendships. If you are not committed to it, the relationship or friendship, it is not going to go anywhere. If to get through today the best way possible you need to keep balance or compromise then that is fine, but not if it becomes a way of life.

What I see in the card today is: You are so busy trying to figure out what option is going to give you the most advantages that you are not looking at the big picture. You are just thinking about what will give you the most now and keep switching back and forth because both options have advantages and disadvantages. You need to step back and look at what is going to be the right thing for you in the long run, not right now. You have to work for what you want and trying to hold out for the most with the least effort on your part is not the way to go about this. Get your head back on your shoulders and start thinking about the consequences of your decisions or indecision. You cannot have both, stop trying to have your cake and eat it.

TWO OF SWORDS. This card is about indecision. What I see in the card today is: you have a hard decision to make, you are trying to make it today but you are not ready yet. You have two very difficult options open to you, neither one you want to take. You are hoping another option will become available that will let you keep things balanced. You are leaning toward one option but would like to keep the other option or pathway open. You know once you committee to one path that is it; the other option is no longer there. You need to spend some time thinking today. You are angry and full of resentment that you have been put into this position but you don’t see any other ways out. You have things to deal with and right now you need a real friend. Dealing with things, coming clean and telling your side and living with the consequences is the better path to follow.

TWO OF SWORDS. This card is about indecision. What I see in the card today is: People are trying to get you to choose, to make a decision but you are not ready. The more pressure they put on you do choose the harder it is on you. You know that you want to do lots of things in your life and you don’t want to make the wrong decision, at the same time you don’t want to give things up. You know that you cannot do everything and have a balanced life. You have to give something up, but what? You are not going to be ready to make a decision and stick with it for sometime. You are going to keep rethinking and flipping back and forth. Time is running out on you and you need to figure some things out soon, but not today. You need to take the pressure off and realise that once you make a decision and act on it that does not mean in a years time you cannot make changes, it is not final. You are not actually stuck with your decision; you always have the option to make changes in your life latter on. You will make changes as time goes by just because you change and grow.

TWO OF SWORDS. This card is about indecision. What I see in the card today is: You have some big changes coming up in your life. You need to leave your past and build your future, but at this point you are undecided about what you want your future to be. You cannot move forward until you make some decision. You would like things to stay the same in some ways. You enjoy the balance, but at the same time you know you have to move on with your life. School is done, now you need to think about collage, university, trade school, a job and a home of your own. You want to stay in the comfort and security of your parent’s home, but as the same time you want your independence. You will not get that until you move out and make it on your own. You have to do something soon, figure out what you actually want to do, not what everyone else thinks you should do, and then go for it.

TWO OF SWORDS: This card is about indecision. What I see in the card today is: You are not ready to make a decision or take any action. You want to maintain balance and avoid hurting yourself or others. You will continue to be the one to keep the peace and compromise to keep the balance and stability in your life because that is what you need right now. There is nothing wrong with this for now because you are where you choose to be. Eventually things will change and you will be in a position to be more in control of your life and will be able to make decisions with out worrying about upsetting the balance or upsetting someone who has an impact on your life. You are just not in that place right now.

You are comfortable with where you are in life and even though you know you need to make some changes, for you own good, you are just not ready to bring imbalance and uncertainty into your life right now. The problem is that the longer you put off making a decision and taking action the more life passes you by. Eventually you just will not have the options available anymore.
