What I see in the tarot card today is: Avoiding conflict is not going to resolve the real issue. You are not getting along. You don’t see eye to eye. Things are not good for both of you. Avoiding dealing with it or arguing does not change that you are heading for different directions. Neither one of you wants this to end, but at the same time are not enjoying where you are and what you have.

You are both trying to hang onto a past that no longer exists other then in memories of good times and happiness. That is not enough to keep going. You need to accept that things have changed. You are both unhappy with the way things are now. They are not going to improve, you cannot regain the past.

You can try to grow and change together, but that means you both have to give up part of who you are to do so. Just because you are not meant to be together anymore does not mean you have to dislike each other or part in anger. It is better to sit down and talk about it, and work things out for the best, even though it means parting. It is not doing either one of you any good staying together. Make the needed changes before you begin to hate each other for things you cannot control or change.

Just keep in mind that you are missing out on a lot of things you will not be able to recapture later on in life. For some things there are no second chances, or opportunities. Once it is done, that is it. Life does not come with a rewind button. It is up to you what you value more, life, love, living or working. It is better to have some type of balance in your life. You will do better in all areas of your life if you have balance, including that all important career of yours.

You were so caught up in yourself that you did not see the effect you were having on others. People don’t want to work with you. You burned your bridges a little too fast and too easily. You are stuck where you are. You have to fight to even maintain that position. You are not going to rise in the hierarchy where you are.

If you want something different or more you will have to change where you work, and who you work with. You will also have to change your attitude and become more of a team player or you will find yourself right back in the same situation. You may even have to start at a lower position at different job before you can rise.

Get over yourself. Stop blaming others. This is what you did, not anyone else. Now you have to either live with it or move on, lose what headway you did make for the opportunity to do better. Take responsibility for your actions and behavior. Then work at improving your social skills and standing. Once you have improved those areas of your life try to find a new work place where you will have a chance at stepping up the ladder of success. Right now you don’t have any chance where you are, and it will not matter where you are if you don’t make the changes.

This is much more effective than running around trying to deal with several problems at a time. Nothing gets resolved quickly that way and it will actually increase tension trying to do it that way. Deal with what is important and then when that is resolved move on to the next issue or problem. This is the best way for you to deal with things, today and from now on.
