There is a time to lead and a time to follow. Today is the day you follow. Your need to lead or control is actually causing problems. Step back and let go. Today is not your day to be the leader. No one cares if you think you can do a better job, it is not up to you. You need to accept this with decorum and grace.

What I see in the card today is: Your way is not always the right way, nor is it the only way. Will you stop trying to control and “lead” for once and just see what everyone is trying to show you. Today you need to step down and follow someone else for a change. You are not doing yourself any favours trying to be in charge or “leading” all the time. You are actually pissing people off, loosing peoples respect and missing out on some good opportunities by trying to be the one in control.

What I see in the card today is: You need a break. You are burned out. For a change you would like someone else to take some responsibility instead of you having to do everything. You are tired of doing everything on your own and others costing along on your work. You would like a day without having to think or do, to lest someone else take control for the day, to take care of you for a change instead of it being the other way around. It is not that you want to give up control of your life but that you would like one day to relax, to not be responsible for everything, but to be able to just enjoy the day and lest someone else do the work for a change.

You are not giving up or turning your back on your dream, you are just using some common cense to get there. You are tired of trying to be in front, you need to cost a little and follow for a bit. Eventually your time will come, it is just not today.
