THREE OF WANDS Reversed. This card is usually about leading others by example. As it is reversed it indicates that you are not leading others by example, and may actually be fallowing the example of someone else. What I see in the card today is: That you are burned out, tired of not so much of being a leader but being responsible for leading others. You don’t want to always be the one breaking new ground, doing all the work and then having others fallowing along, on an easy clear path that you had to work your butt off to make.
Today you want to have a break from the expectations of others and have some “me” time. You don’t want to have to be perfect and doing the right thing because people are always watching you and copying what you do. You don’t want to be perceived responsible for others actions, you want them to be responsible or at least take responsibility for their own actions. Let others know that they are capable and responsible for their own success and failures.
You need a break. If possible take some time today and give yourself time to recharge and to be away from the stress of always being an example to others.
