It is not that you are not doing anything. It is more that there is no one around when you do things. It is difficult to inspire or lead if there is no one to follow.

You need to rest and re-energize, re-build and then worry about leading. Now is not the time for you to lead, you need to follow for now.

You would like a day where you don’t have to worry about doing the right thing, setting the best example, leading others and being responsible all the time. Today is a day you can do that. Just have fun, and not be the responsible one. However, the responsibility will be back tomorrow. This is not something that you can change easily. The reality is that you just want a break to recharge; you don’t really want to give up everything you have worked for. Take some time for you today. Then start scheduling in off time for yourself. You need to have regular and consistent breaks and time to recharge.

You would like someone else to take some responsibility for their self instead of having to take care of everyone else today. You need a break. Why can’t they survive a single day without you holding their hands and leading the way? You know that you need the day off, but that it will put you three days behind. Fist you lose today; tomorrow will be about catching up for what was not done today, and fixing what was done. This is going to cut into your time but at the same time you need the break before you burn out.

What I see in the tarot card today is: You are not setting a very good example. Good thing people can see not to follow what you are doing. Wake up. Stop thinking that you are able to do what you want when you want without consequences. People see what you are doing and are judging you. It is time to start following other peoples more positive examples. You are not getting where you want to be doing it your way.

What I see in the card today is: You are confused, trying to follow three different paths and getting nowhere. You are not leading others; you don’t know where you are going. How can you possibly lead or inspire people if you are not committed to any one path but are trying to do everything, and end up doing nothing. Stop trying to follow other people’s paths to success and find your own. Only once you start your own path will things work for you. Just because something worked for someone else does not mean it will for you. You don’t have the passion or drive for the same thing as the people you are trying to follow have. You have to find your own passion, drive, path way doing what you want not what someone else succeeded at.

What I see in the card today is: you would like to think of yourself as a leader, that others will follow you, and be inspired by you. Today you need to step back and let someone else lead. Don’t let your ego and pride get in the way today. You are not in charge today don’t act as if you are. Don’t try to show how better you are then the people you are working with, be part of the team. You are not going to do yourself any favours if you don’t step back your need to control or be in charge. You need to follow first, and learn. You are not the best at everything and need to recognize when you need to shut-up, listen and do as you are asked. Today is one of those days.

As it is reversed it indicates that you are not leading others by example, and may actually be fallowing the example of someone else. What I see in the card today is: That you are burned out, tired of not so much of being a leader but being responsible for leading others. You don’t want to always be the one breaking new ground, doing all the work and then having others fallowing along, on an easy clear path that you had to work your butt off to make.

Today you want to have a break from the expectations of others and have some “me” time. You don’t want to have to be perfect and doing the right thing because people are always watching you and copying what you do. You don’t want to be perceived responsible for others actions, you want them to be responsible or at least take responsibility for their own actions. Let others know that they are capable and responsible for their own success and failures.

You need a break. If possible take some time today and give yourself time to recharge and to be away from the stress of always being an example to others.
