THREE OF WANDS Reversed This card is normally about leading others by example. As it is reversed it indicates that you are not leading others. What I see in the card today is: you would like to think of yourself as a leader, that others will follow you, and be inspired by you. Today you need to step back and let someone else lead. Don’t let your ego and pride get in the way today. You are not in charge today don’t act as if you are. Don’t try to show how better you are then the people you are working with, be part of the team. You are not going to do yourself any favours if you don’t step back your need to control or be in charge. You need to follow first, and learn. You are not the best at everything and need to recognize when you need to shut-up, listen and do as you are asked. Today is one of those days.
