You need to change this. You have to find some way to balance your need to help others with doing things for yourself. You may feel good about helping others but your life is paying for it. You are missing out on so much that you will not be able to recapture in the future. Get realistic in what you hope to accomplish. Help other sure, but start putting yourself first. How can you really help others if you cannot help yourself?
