It is time to go for a better job or a promotion. This is great for you, just don’t expect the rest of the word to be ready or aware that things have changed for you and that you want more. You have to let people know, get out there and go for what you want. You are going to have to work for the better job, or promotion. Just because your ready does not mean it is going to be handed to you. Don’t give up, just be realistic on how quickly you will be able to make this change.
