No really stop it. All you do is talk. You don’t listen, ever. You need to control and dominate all conversations. Stop it.
You don’t need to appear to know everything. You don’t have to be an expert all the time. Let other people do what they are good and you identify what you actually are good at and do that.
Stop thinking that you are smarter than other people because you are not! Other people know when to stop talking, you don’t. So who is more intellectual the person who knows when to stop talking or the person who does not?
You want people to listen stop talking and listen to them first. Also make sure you have something of value to say. Don’t talk just to hear yourself telling everyone about how they should do things, change things or what they are doing wrong. Be constructive, not critical.
Learn to have a conversation not give lectures. You think other people are boring than you should really take a good listen to yourself. You need to make some changes now.
