Dragon Tarot Card of the Day for March 13 2009

KNIGHT OF CUPS Reversed. This card is usually about an emotionally sensitive man, however with the card reversed in is indicating an emotionally insensitive man. What I see in the card today is: Stop trying to get something out of him he just does not have to give. It is making both of you unhappy. He is not capable of providing you with the emotional fulfillment or even feedback, so stop trying to get it from him. It is just not part of who he is. He does not show a lot of emotion because he does not feel a lot of emotion. It has nothing to do with you, for real. It has to do with how he learned his emotions, responses and or lack of them. He is emotionally draining for you simply because you have to put so much work into just being with him, and yet you are getting nothing back because he does not know how to, or even realise he should have something to give back. He is missing a part and nothing you do or say is going to fix that. Deal with it, accept it or move on.

Dragon Tarot Card of the Day for November 23 2008

KNIGHT OF CUPS Reversed. This card is usually about an emotionally sensitive man as it reversed it is talking about a man who is not the most emotionally sensitive. What I see in the card today is: Give it up, this guy does not care, he will not care no matter what you do for him. He is completely self-centred and completely incapable of seeing past how things will affect him and his wants and needs. He does not care about how his actions and words affect those around him. He is completely incapable of having a real relationship with real emotions. He has not grown up enough, no matter what his age is. He only cares about protecting himself and the expense of others. He has a low impulse threshold. He acts on his impulses without thought. He only cares about meeting his current want or need. He is not the one for you, unless you want to be devalued and used and then tossed aside when he follows his next impulse. Step away now, or get hurt. You cannot change him, don’t even try. Accept that it is not meant to be and find someone worth being with.

Dragon Tarot Card of the Day for November 8 2008

KNIGHT OF CUPS Reversed. This card is usually about an emotionally sensitive man as it is reversed it is about a man who is not emotionally sensitive. What I see in the card today is: You would like to be more open, more sensitive but you have been burned too many times to let yourself be vulnerable. That may change one day once someone has earned your trust but until then you will do what you have to so you can protect yourself. You cannot afford to become emotionally attached to others until you know them well enough and have spent enough time with them to feel that they are going to still be part of your life tomorrow. You don’t want to risk emotional attachments if you don’t know it the person is going to be in your life for a long time. It is a catch 22 in that you are unable to bond with people for fear of being hurt so you are actually pushing the people in your life away because you don’t seem invested in them. Only you will know when you are ready to risk being hurt again, until then be prepared to be lonely and only have superficial friendships and relationships. That will not change until you are ready and able to be vulnerable and emotionally sensitive again.

Dragon Tarot Card of the Day for August 20 2008

KNIGHT OF CUPS Reversed. This card is usually about an emotionally sensitive man, it is reversed indicating it is about a man who is not emotionally sensitive. What I see in the card today is: A completely emotionally unstable man. He may be chronologically a Man but emotionally he is responding as a child. He has not developed emotionally at all and is not interested in trying to become more emotionally mature. To him the problem is with everyone else, not him. Stop trying to deal with him as an adult, accept that he is just not emotionally mature enough to be an adult and this is not going to change anytime soon. Stop expecting him to be an adult about things, he is unable to respond as an adult. You have to accept him as he is or move on because he is not going to develop emotionally, this is it, the best it is going to get.
