Dragon Tarot Card of the Day for October 3 2009

The Tarot Card of the day is: KING OF COINS. This tarot card is about a man at the top of his trade or profession. What I see in the tarot card today is: You do what you do because you love it. The payoff is that you are successful at it, because you put so much into it. The other side of the coin is that you put so much into your work or job that there is nothing left for anything else. Your life is somewhat one dimensional or imbalanced, but it works. You just have to accept that your work or job is so important to you that everything will take second place for you. This includes relationships, friendships, socializing, family and your health. You will have to find some time for your health. Everything else you need to think about it and decide if you want more then what you have.

Dragon Tarot Card of the Day for September 20 2009

The Tarot Card of the day is: KING OF COINS. This tarot card is about a man at the top of his trade or profession. What I see in the tarot card today is: A man who will put his work ahead of everything and everyone. He loves what he does. It is his identity to him. For him to put anything ahead of his work would devalue him in his own eyes. It would be being untrue to himself. Don’t expect him to change. He sees no problem with the way he sees things and never will. Don’t accept less than what you deserve but understand he is not going to change, it is his issue not yours. Don’t make it yours. You either accept him the way he is within his limited capacity or don’t and move on.

Dragon Tarot Card of the Day for February 20 2009

KING OF COINS. This card is about a man at the top of his trade or profession. What I see in the card today is: This is a person who loves what they do, and the monetary reward is not what is important to them. This person gets caught up in their “job” as being who they are and what they are. This person will do well in their carrier but not as great in the emotional arena as they give their all to their work and have nothing left to give to others in their lives. This person places more value on their accomplishments then on the people in their lives. Very hard to deal with, don’t expect them to change even if circumstances change. In other words don’t expect anything else from this person, they are unable to give or even receive and nothing will change that so stop trying. You need to accept that this is the way things will be with this person and decide if you are ok with it or need to move on, but stop wasting your time trying to make them change.

Dragon Tarot Card of the Day for November 9 2008

KING OF COINS. This card is about a man at the top of his trade or profession. What I see in the card today is: A strong independent man who has been successful at most of what he does. He tends to get what he wants because he works for it. He goes after things he enjoys and stimulates his brain, a challenge and that is more important to him then the monetary rewards he receives. It is not a matter of making money but achieving a goal for him. He is someone who gets things done. He has his fingers in many pies and will continue to diversify himself.

You need this man in your corner. You need to find someway to get his attention, and support if you are going to succeed at this. You need to start laying the groundwork now to get him onboard this project. Don’t worry that he is not going to get any money out of this, that is not what motivates him, give him something new, a challenge and he will be your man in this. But don’t expect him to jump aboard unless you have put the work into it, and have a sound plan to present to him. Gimmicks don’t work with him, nor does sympathy or good will for all the people he would be helping. He expects professionalism and sound organizing and planning. He is not going to do the work for you but if you do your work right he will participate in making it successful.

Dragon Tarot Card of the Day for October 31 2008

KING OF COINS Reversed. This card is usually about a man at the top of his trade or profession as it is reversed it is about someone who is not at the top of his or her trade or profession. What I see in the card today is: people doing what they have to so they can survive. This is all about the money, not about pride or a feeling of accomplishment in their job or title, but in that they can pay the rent and put food on the table. This card is about all the people working crappy jobs, and second or third jobs just to live and support their families. The card is trying to give you all a big standing ovation for doing what you are doing. You don’t love it, you don’t even like it but it is what you have to do for now. You and those around you should feel pride in you. Your job is not who you are and is not what earns you respect. The fact that you are willing to work this hard just to survive, and not give up like so many others have earns you respect and is something you should be proud of. Too much depends on your next paycheque and you going to work everyday. You have sacrificed a lot, and will continue to do so, so that others can have dreams. Recognize that is success and celebrate it. You have my respect because you go every day into a job you don’t want to be doing, that is a lot harder to do then it is for one of those people who go to work everyday because they love their job. The fact that you go to work because you have not because you want to should be honoured and acknowledge. You are putting others before your own happiness. Your family and commitments define, you not what you do for employment. Stand up and be proud.

Happy Halloween, enjoy and be safe.

Dragon Tarot Card of the Day for May 22 2008

KING OF COINS. This card is about a man at the top of his trade or profession. What I see in the card today is: A young man just starting his career. He is unusual in that he already has the skills and contacts he needs to become successful. He is already seen as being at the top of his trade or profession even though he is so young. It is unusual to find someone his age already respected and admired for his skills and knowledge. He was recruited at a very young age, and then trained to be the best.

He has many possible paths before him. All opportunities will lead to further success and monetary rewards. He loves what he does and although the money is wonderful and lets him do more, he would be doing this just for the love of it even if he had to work else were to live. Because he loves what he does, he is successful. I am seeing that he is viewed as some type of artist, even though the work he does is not considered art. It is that his peers see his work as art, it is that well done.

This is an unusual field of work as well, I do see it has something to do with computers and that he started at a very young age. Programming is involved, but is just a part of it. There is some design aspect to it, but more like construction of something. I see that what he does is of important to many, and helps out a lot of people in poverty stricken areas, and that he has chosen to work in this field because he loves it but also because it is needed and helps people. It is also not something well known about; it is kept in the quite. Not because he is not proud of what he does but that others have put a restriction on who has knowledge of what he does. This is hard on him because he does want people to know what he does and how it is helping people, but at the same time he understands the need for secrecy.

This card is to let him know that he is doing a great job, and to give him the admiration he deserves but does not get. No one outside of his department will ever know what he has done, so he does not get the, “wow you did that”. It is going to have to be enough for him to know that he did this, even when others are boasting about what they have done and he has to keep his mouth shut. Keep it up, you are doing great things, and you will only continue to do wonderful things, even if you don’t get to let people know your doing them.
