Stop fighting to live in the past. Start fighting to have the best possible life now. You are living today, not yesterday so what good does it do you have your focus on the past and not the future. You cannot have a better today if your focus is not changing or reliving the past. What is done is done.
This is not the time to be looking at your past. Right now you need to change your focus to the future.
