Dragon Tarot Card of the Day for October 18 2009

The Tarot Card of the day is THE EMPRESS Reversed. This tarot card is about being too easy-going. Not sticking up for your own rights. What I see in the tarot card today is: You cave way too easily. You don’t even put up a token resistance. How can you expect to ever get what you want let alone what you need if you give in on everything. You need to develop a backbone and learn to speak up. No is a good word you should add to your vocabulary. Not just add it but put it on the top of the list of most used words. It is time to start expecting things, and asking for them. Take a stand and demand what you need, and work up to getting what you want.

Dragon Tarot Card of the Day for June 15 2009

The Tarot Card of the day is: THE EMPRESS Reversed. This tarot card is about being too easy-going. Not sticking up for your own rights. What I see in the tarot card today is: You keep putting your needs behind other peoples wants. You have been putting yourself in second place for some time now. You need to change that. As long as you find it ok to put yourself last, other people will find it easy to do so as well. If you want more, to be treated better you need to demand it. To put yourself first and expect others to do so as well. That does not mean always putting yourself and need ahead of everyone else. If you do that then you are guilty of doing to others what you are letting be done to you now. You just need to put yourself first more often.

Dragon Tarot Card of the Day for May 9 2009

THE EMPRESS Reversed. This card is aout beeing too easy-going. Not sticking up for your own rights. What I see in the card today is you cave. You always cave. You give up what you want to make others happy. They know that you will always give in. You don’t want to make anyone unhappy, but you are willing to be unhappy to keep them happy. Why. Are you not as important or valuable? Don’t you count for anything? If not getting their own way all the time makes them no longer want to spend time with you then they are not worth giving up anything for. They have no reason to change, you have not asked them to. So why would they. Think about this hard. Is it worth being around someone only have to give up what you want to do all the time. It is not a positve situation for you. You cannot be enjoying putting all this time into things you don’t actually want to do, and not doing what you do.

Dragon Tarot Card of the Day for January 15 2008

THE EMPRESS Reversed. This card means too easy-going and not sticking up for your own rights. What I see in the card today: This is about giving in because you love someone or think that if only you let them have their way it will make things better. It is letting your need to nurture and protect another is overwhelming your common sense. You want to protect their feelings and show how much you care, that you are there for them. The problem is that you are giving too much and not leaving anything for yourself. There is an imbalance in that you take care of them, go out of your way to make sure that they have what they need or want but don’t have anything for yourself. At times it is easier to give in or give up what you want to avoid conflict. You have placed other people before yourself. This is OK to a point if it is your young children that you have placed before yourself, because that is was a parent does. However I don’t see this as a parent child relationship. This is a relationship of adults, but you have taken a “parenting” roll, nurturing and protecting them and sacrificing your own needs. You need to be aware of this and start making changes so that it is a relationship of equals.
