This card is usually about unforeseen expenses, but it is reversed indicating that any expenses are ones you have already budgeted for or that you will have an unexpected windfall. What I see in the card today is: you are going to have a little more money or time or both then expected. Not a lot but enough that it will make a difference today. Enjoy it and be smart about how you use it. Use it to your best advantage. Mostly enjoy a lifting of pressure even if it is just for today.
