NINE OF SWORDS. This card is about isolation. The need to open up new channels of communication and contact with others. What I see in the card today is: You are physically isolated. You need to find a way to open up communication with others. To find people who my not be physically in your geographic area, but are like-minded. You need to find some friends you can talk with. This means putting some effort into finding people, online. Talking in chat rooms, forums and on some of the social sites. You may not have friends where you live but that does not mean you cannot have friends. You just have to put the time an effort into developing “pen pals” online. You have to be willing to open up conversations and to take the time to get to know the people you are talking with. It is tough to be in such a small community, with very few people, but you have to understand that you are not limited to friends in your local area. Just remember to protect yourself, just because someone is not physically with in your area does not mean they will not try to scam you. You are just as vulnerable online as you are off line, and in some cases even more so. Do not give out information that can be used against you, or take your identity or worse, like clean out your bank account. Also keep in mind that there are more predators online then any physical place on the planet. You need to find friends but you also need to be smart about it.
